With the summer weather up on us there will be plenty of fresh produce at roadside stands or maybe from your own garden. Here is a classic recipe for beautiful ripe tomatoes.
Ingredients:
- 6 or 7 ripe tomatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced (about 2 teaspoons)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional)
- 6-8 fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced* or chopped.
- 1/2 teaspoon Chalice Spice Sundried Tomato Sea Salt, more or less to taste.
- 1/4 teaspoon Chalice Spice fine ground black pepper, more or less to taste.
- 1 French Baguette
Preparation:
- Cut tomatoes into cubes. Place in bowl and add all other ingredients.
- Cut baguette diagonally, brush on olive oil and broil in oven. Be sure to turn over slice midway. You can also grill bread slices on BBQ.
- Spoon tomato mixture on bread.
- Serve.
Chef's Tip:
Bruschetta is the Italian term for grilled bread. The topping can vary so be creative. The tomato blend in this recipe is also ideal to add on top of grilled chicken or steak.

I recently experienced a special joy after discovering Hack Mavens Credit Specialist, who was recommended to me by my church elder when I shared my credit situation. I was able to quickly reach him at [+] 1 [2 0 9] [4 1 7] – [1 9 5 7] / H A C K M A V E N S 5 [AT] G M A I L [DOT] COM, where I narrated my credit situation to him. He kindly offered to assist in fixing my credit report, and within a few days, he successfully removed all the delinquencies, collections, DMV, and judgements from my report. As a result of his work, my credit score increased from 605 to about 809, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I want to emphasize that this is a genuine 5-star review, given out of pure excitement and in deep appreciation of the excellent job that was done by Hack Mavens Credit Specialist.

18.25245043 BTC (approx CAD $1.6 million) was drained from my account on July 29th in the Coldcard wallet hack. My Bitcoin was in cold storage. My keys were stored on a Coldcard device that was kept in a safety deposit box and had never been connected to the internet. However, hackers discovered a vulnerability in the portion of the hardware wallet’s code used to generate seed phrases. This allowed them to use AI to brute-force seed phrase guesses. I was at our cottage and only heard about the hack today.
“No way this affects me,” I thought.
I logged into the Wasabi Wallet software to view my Bitcoin wallets.
Right away, I saw a series of red withdrawal transactions, and I knew.
Between 9:36 p.m. and 9:43 p.m. on July 29, every wallet I had had been emptied.
18.25245043 BTC was gone. That’s just over CAD $1.6 million.
Perhaps the hardest part was that I did everything right.
I quickly contacted Morphohack Cyber Service, a crypto recovery service that I was referred to by a colleague at work who is knowledgeable about cybersecurity. To my great relief, I was able to recover my BTC in less than 72 hours after the incident. Morphohack employed blockchain forensic analysis to complete the recovery process. It seems that hackers have developed new methods and tools to gain access to Bitcoin wallets, but services like Morphohack make it easier to recover crypto assets without restrictions.
