Looking for a recipe that is flavourful but light on calories. This recipe is a keeper.
Ingredients:
- 2 zucchini
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Chalice Sp[ice Chef's Seasoning
Preparation:
Place zucchini in vegetable spiral machine. Spiral zucchini.
Grate garlic onto zucchini spaghetti. Sprinkle with Himalayan salt. Add Chalice Spice Chef's Seasoning.
Sauté in a nonstick pan for 5 minutes toss frequently. If you over sautée the zucchini will begin to create water at the bottom of the pan. It should be quick.
Serve.
Chef's Tip:
This recipe is perfect for all those nights when you are making spaghetti for the kids but the carbs don't fit into your meal plan. You can top zucchini spaghetti with any sauce you are using for the rest of the family (eg. tomato sauce) but it is really tasty just as outlined in this recipe.
