Honey Mustard Vinaigrette

Honey Mustard Vinaigrette is a tasty and versatile vinaigrette that is both sweet and savoury. It is a must know in any chef's repetoire.


  • 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Chalice Spice Ranch Seasoning
  • Pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Consider using a salt from our sea salt collection to add yet another layer of flavour to this vinaigrette.


Place olive oil in a bowl.  Slowly whisk in vinegar and honey.  Add mustard and continue to mix.

Finally, fold in Chalice Spice Ranch Seasoning.

Make extra and store in a small glass container in your fridge. This way you will have it on hand for quick lunch prep. 

Chef's Tip:

While this vinaigrette is terrific on salads, it can also be used as a marinade on chicken or other poultry before grilling.

You can also use it on sandwich in place of mayonnaise.
