This homemade summer salsa with fresh garden vegetables and black beans makes a great appetizer or add to a tortilla or pita as a wrap for lunch! It’s colourful and fresh tasting so invite some friends over and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 (540ml) can black beans , rinsed and drained in a mesh colander
- 4 Roma (Plum) tomatoes, seeded and chopped
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- ½ red onion (from 1 small red onion), diced
- 2 avocados, diced
- 1 seedless cucumber diced
- 1 teaspoon of Chalice Spice Mexican Seasoning
- 2 TBSP fresh chopped cilantro (if available)
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice (from 2 limes)
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Chalice Spice Jalapeno Sea Salt, to taste
Preparation:
- Combine all the ingredients and season.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
Chef's Tip:
The citric acid in the lime juice dramatically slows the browning process for the avocados. Also putting an avocado pit in the salsa keeps it from turning brown. Make sure to store in an airtight container.

I recently recovered 260,870 Crypt0currency that had been stolen from me in an investment scam. After months of effort I worked with a cybersecurity specialist, Brunoe Quick Hack, and law-enforcement partners. Together we traced the transactions, secured evidence, and executed a lawful recovery strategy that returned the funds.
This experience taught me three things: act quickly, preserve all records, and work only with verified recovery professionals and authorities. If you’ve been scammed, document everything and contact both reputable cyber-recovery experts. Ema-ill>>BrunoeQuickHack (at) Gmail.com >>Whats-APP +(1)-70578-42635….

CRYPTO CURRENCY RECOVERY REVIEWS – FUNDS RETRIEVER ENGINEER
When our company got scammed by a fake crypto exchange, we thought it was all over. We had invested a big part of our savings, and suddenly everything was gone. That’s when we found FUNDS RETRIEVER ENGINEER. Their team stepped in calmly, explained every step, and started tracking where the stolen crypto went. Within days, they showed us proof of the hacker’s wallet and worked with real exchanges to recover our funds. It felt unbelievable when the money finally came back. They didn’t just rescue our company they gave us hope again. Truly the heroes of our story.

I want to share a professional recommendation for DragonWebRec based on multiple community cases I’ve followed in CRYPTO INVESTMENT.
Over the past year several people I know — and others in community threads — turned to DragonWebRec after losing crypto to scams. In those cases the team handled each matter with clear, documented steps: they explained what information was needed, outlined realistic timelines, and were transparent about costs and possible outcomes. Communication was timely and professional, and they provided regular updates throughout the process. In many of the cases I tracked the service materially assisted in tracing funds and negotiating returns or recoveries where possible.
Important notes for anyone considering their services:
If you’re looking for a recovery service that operates professionally and communicates clearly, DragonWebRec is worth considering — but evaluate any case carefully and treat claims of guaranteed recovery with skepticism. Email: info@ dragonwebrec.co m

In the global financial sector, the integrity of digital asset transactions is paramount. The sophisticated nature of modern cyber threats demands a level of forensic capability and real-time intelligence that exceeds traditional security measures. Santoshi Intelligence has proven to be an indispensable partner in meeting this critical need.
Following a targeted and highly sophisticated attempt to compromise a client’s assets, our internal protocols were activated. However, the complex, cross-jurisdictional nature of the threat required specialized expertise. We engaged Santoshi Intelligence, and their intervention was pivotal.
Their proprietary blockchain analysis platform provided an unparalleled level of transactional clarity. We were able to track the exfiltrated assets in real-time, far beyond the initial obfuscation layers, and map the entire network of destination wallets with forensic precision. The intelligence provided was not merely data; it was actionable, court-ready evidence that enabled us to collaborate effectively with international financial crime units, significantly accelerating the recovery process.
Santoshi Intelligence does not simply respond to incidents; they enhance an organization’s entire security posture. Their capabilities in proactive threat mapping and intelligence-led defense have made them a critical component of our risk management framework. They have our highest recommendation for any enterprise seeking to safeguard digital assets and protect institutional reputation.
