Green Rooibos is a caffeine free green tea. Studies show that regularly drinking green tea can protect against cavities, gum disease and bad breath. The study indicated that green tea reduces oral bacteria which promotes teeth and gum health.

Peppermint is well known for improving oral care. Mint leaves are packed with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties to help remove harmful bacteria from the mouth.

How to use

Our loose leaf teas are meant to be steeped two or three times. Simply add hot water and increase the steep time with each infusion.
