Shipping & Returns


Our goal is Your Satisfaction.  Should any product fail to meet your expectations, we will be happy to arrange for a return or exchange of that product you are not satisfied with within 15 days of delivery and we will be happy to provide an in-store or on-line credit for the full amount. If the return is a result of an error in Chalice Spice's processing (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will happily pay the shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your credit within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to create the credit note.

CARRIER OPTIONS We use reliable and established shipping industry leaders Canada Post, UPS, and USPS to ensure efficient, safe, secure, promised and timely delivery of your items. We will ship using the carrier that is best suited for the situation and you choose during checkout SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIMES It may take up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday and excluding national holidays) for your orders to process.

Free local shipping (Windsor, Essex County) for any orders over $30.00.  Free Shipping in Canada over $100.00
