Yerba MateThe caffeine content of yerba mate is similar to coffee and black tea, but yerba mate contains additional properties that prevent you from getting the "caffeine jitters" resulting in a smooth, all-day energy boost. Similar to green tea in anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory, and chronic disease-fighting potential, yerba mate contains higher concentrations of certain anti-oxidants that have been shown to alleviate symptoms of mental and physical fatigue.

Peppermint - Peppermint has been used for thousands of years to heal many digestive issues.  Peppermint is both a carminative and an analgesic herb meaning it not only aids in the digestive process by pushing toxins out, it also reduces pain from indigestion due to its calming effects on the digestive system.

Cacao - Raw cacao are full of health benefits!  Studies show that raw organic cacao has 40 times the anti-oxidants of blueberries and one of the highest plant based source of iron.  Unlike processed chocolate, anti-oxidants are preserved in raw cacao.

Carob - Like cacao, carob is a good source of many nutrients that provide your body with immense health benefits.  Raw carob is usually perceived as having a bitter flavour which is lessened significantly by the roasting process.
